Me and isodope decided to not post anything after Back to the Feature, for obvious reasons. The shits dope, and deserves to be on top of hypekillaz.

So, the Grammy’s were fun (?) Some good performances, but as usual the awards were biased and not awarded to those deserving. My favorite performances were “Swagger Like Us”, as well as Radiohead, and Coldplay. Congrats to Wayne for best Rap Album.
Dope by definition
WEBACK! Sorry for the 2 or so day absence. Both isodope and I went to the inauguration, and things have been sort of hectic with midterms coming up. Don’t worry though, were getting back on track though, with “Nobody Eats But Me”. Bump J delivers, and with Kanye producing, AND John Legend (who I dapped in DC) , you honestly can’t go wrong. Give it a listen.

Who can you resist? This is beyond hot.

The Hot Remix tape from Plain Pat and DJ Benzi, pure hotness…and if you just want to hear the Kid Cudi song, “Sky High” – Kid Cudi
Sky High-Kanye West Remix mixtape

Why is this so dope? I don’t know…maybe because Kanye and Santogold are on it…? Lets just hope that Kanye keeps rapping, and this “Brazilian-inspired hip hop collaboration” Keeps doing what they do.

We took a Thanksgiving break, but now we’re back.

We’ll start off with a track off the Notorious Soundtrack. Santogold hops on the chorus over a Kanye Beat, and Jay’s verses makes this an official banger.
Can’t wait for this movie mannnnnnn

I don’t know what to make of this album. One minute it seems a wrong decision for Ye’s career, and later I feel its the best thing he has put out for a while. However, there is one solid fact about this album, it IS ground breaking for the genre of hip-hop. When I first heard about this album a few months back, honestly, I was disgusted. When Love Lockdown came out, I was disappointed…But now, I see why Kanye made this record. It is a good album, and I have to say I really enjoy it…Hearing the album all together really made it sound great, and I’m Glad Kanye was able to convert me.
Positive Tracks:Say You Will, Welcome to Heartbreak, Heartless, Amazin, Street Lights, See You in my Nightmares, Coldest Winter, Pinocchio Story
Negative Tracks:Robocop (Sorry, I just hate this song), Bad News, Welcome to Heartbreak(The New Version)
On the fence:Love Lockdown, Paranoid
My favorite tracks: See You in my nightmare ( we hear Wayne actually tell a story in a verse), Amazin’, Street Lights, Heartless, and Pinocchio Story.
Honestly, I have to give it to Ye, He took the most annoying tool in hip-hop/R&B and made it enjoyable for me. One Question though: What the hell did he do to “Welcome to Heartbreak”. When it leaked, it was the hottest shit out…now it sounds horrible

Just checked the inbox and my homie steve blessed me with two Kanye West tracks. I don’t know what to say. I guess this is a Love Lockdown situation, where it has to listen to the tracks a few times before I go and judge it. Damn son, tracks are getting leaked by the hour.

I’m really feeling this track (coCo butta)…. but I still have mixed feeling over 808′s and Heartbreak

I’m actually sorry that we’ve been so inconsistent recently. But here’s hoping that will stop.
First, the animated video premiere of “Heartless” by Yeezy. An interesting video for my favorite off “808′s”.
Next a CDQ from Hov’. I’m assuming that it’s off of Blueprint 3, but nevertheless it’s solid, and I’m pretty sure that it refers to Obama in there.

2 New tracks outta mr west recently. one of them I am feeling crazy about, and another one not so much. Myself and Coco Butta disagree on “Robocop”. I think its wackness, but he begs to differ.
However, “Coldest Winter” in my opinion is the hottest song that he has put out on this record so far. So crack, this is the one where I believe that Kanye is actually hurt. Great song.
On another note, this movie will be wild!!!

Green Lantern put out this mixtape with the help of Russell Simmons. Once you get about 15 minutes in, this shit is actually straight fire. A combination of Adam Levine, Wale, Kanye, Jay-z, Busta Rhymes, Rhymefest and many many more. DOwnload this and vote on Nov. fourth. I just signed up for a trip to help get Penn. on our side. Onsmash deleted the link, so there isn’t a full mixtape until they cut up the different tracks. But otherwise, download this one hot one with Wale, Rhymefest, and others “Black President pt.2″
On a sadder note, a friend of Hypekillaz was victim of an aneurysm or Hemmorage of the brain, he is ina coma and in critical condition. He is in our prayers, please bring him into yours. We sincerely hope that he will pull through this, which we have full confidence he will.

“thelonious thoughts” finally beat us to something hot, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Anyways Kanye Premiered his video for Love Lockdown on Ellen Degeneres’s show of all places, and it got a big response. This is one of the weirdest videos i have seen in a while. Between the random Africans, all white rooms, and autotune: Do you think Kanye is breaking new ground or making a wrong move in his career? Let us know how you feel

Justice took the liberty to mash up Touch the Sky By Kanyeezy and Lupe, and Electric Feel by MGMT. I always love a techno remix, especially when Kanye’s involved. Electric Touch -Justice (Kanye West + MGMT)
Not the newest exclusive, but worth a post

Kanye Just put “Love Lock Down” on his blog. I personally think this is the worst vocals he has ever put on a track. The beat is more than hot, but it sounds like he recorded the chorus on garageband with a scarf on his face. I honestly laughed when he sang the chorus. He’s trying to cross genres again like he did from producer to rapper, but this is not working out. I love Kanye West to the fullest, but just because you have a voice box doesn’t mean you’re a singer…Disappointing. Hopefully his whole album won’t be like this.

Honestly, I don’t really bump Juelz Santana, or Dipset that much, but Julez has an nice verse on this track, and his voice goes great with the Beat.

This honestly, may be the hottest song of the summer…if not the year. How Big of A Collabo could you have. Every verse is at the least HOTFIREEEE. And one of the hottest songs of the year is the sample (Paper Planes).
