I laughed a little when I saw this, and when I pressed play, I thought it was a joke. But I found myself zoning out and bumping my head, I guess thats what this shits about…so Peep!

Kid Cudi and Asher Roth go in at freestyles on a radio show…
I dare you to hate…

Now, I’m not a huge fan of Justin Timberlake, but it always seems that everything he drops is fire… especially when it features T.I.

First, the Wale join off the new 10 deep mixtape “The New Deal”, Which might I add is packed with new hot music, definetely download it. The Wale song “Pot of Gold” Featuring Daniel Merriweather (who I ignored after a good call by the brother) who lays down a smooth chorus over Mark Ronson’s beat that reminds me of a local producer (and Homie) “Thelonious”. This is the most musically advanced song in my opinion that Wale has done in a while, so check it out.
On the Subject of Wale, I really am destroyed that I wasn’t at the show at the Highline last night…damn, he pulled out Young Chris, Chrisette Michelle, Pusha T, Freeway, and Ryan Leslie…Not to mention an opening act of Colin Munroe and Kid Cudi (Who Brought out Jim Jones by the way). I can’t continue on this subject mannn.

Kid Cudi’s new track “Super boo” has A refreshing beat, with a timeless subject…women. I sort of brushed off Cudi earlier this year, but I truly enjoy his music a lot…Check it out!

I don’t know what to make of this album. One minute it seems a wrong decision for Ye’s career, and later I feel its the best thing he has put out for a while. However, there is one solid fact about this album, it IS ground breaking for the genre of hip-hop. When I first heard about this album a few months back, honestly, I was disgusted. When Love Lockdown came out, I was disappointed…But now, I see why Kanye made this record. It is a good album, and I have to say I really enjoy it…Hearing the album all together really made it sound great, and I’m Glad Kanye was able to convert me.
Positive Tracks:Say You Will, Welcome to Heartbreak, Heartless, Amazin, Street Lights, See You in my Nightmares, Coldest Winter, Pinocchio Story
Negative Tracks:Robocop (Sorry, I just hate this song), Bad News, Welcome to Heartbreak(The New Version)
On the fence:Love Lockdown, Paranoid
My favorite tracks: See You in my nightmare ( we hear Wayne actually tell a story in a verse), Amazin’, Street Lights, Heartless, and Pinocchio Story.
Honestly, I have to give it to Ye, He took the most annoying tool in hip-hop/R&B and made it enjoyable for me. One Question though: What the hell did he do to “Welcome to Heartbreak”. When it leaked, it was the hottest shit out…now it sounds horrible

Two tracks off the “Fool’s Gold Remixed” presented by Scion. These songs straight nonsense..Could’t stop bumpin.

Is there a theme to new music now a days, a lot of good new music is coming straight out of none other than the city (new york) NaS, Mickey Factz, Kid Cudi, and Hov. This new papoose track reps none other than my favorite borough “Brooklyn”!
Papoose is underrated, it has that mean Funk Flex feel, if your not from around here you don’t know what I’m talking about, My bad.
Chicago is real hot right now, not to put them down. But no one can touch NYC… ever

Wale is a well known name on this site, however Kid Cudi is not. I’ve listened to him before, and he isn’t one of my favorites. But he is good, he sings and raps. This track is sorta weak until Wale comes on, he livens it up a bit. Take a listen.
