Two of my favorites out right now, working together. I know we posted about both of these guys recently, but this shit is “hotfire”. “Me and My Sneakers”. Sneakers are a common thing on this blog, so here’s a song about them.
On a sadder Note: Our prayers go out to Monica Paul and her Children. Ms. Paul was shot in the head 3 times at the Montclair YMCA in our town. The shooter is still on the loose, but the police know who he is. This reminds us that horrible things can happen anywhere. Stay Safe.

Mickey factz always gets a spot on this page once in a while. So here is this new track “Incredible”. The chorus isn’t to great, but the verses are pretty tight. Peep the line(s) about america, pretty damn mean.

St. Paul has produced one of my most favorite artists of all time, Prince. There must be something in the water there because Nikki Jean, who you may have seen on the “Hip Hop Just saved my Life” video with Lupe Fiasco, or on the Glow in the dark tour. She has a great voice, and she has a cool video blog on her youtube account.
Jean is a singer/songwriter foremost, and a pretty good pianist. Check out this nice, calm song called “Blindin Me” Her Myspace also has a few other songs by her, and some interesting blogs. However, nothing she has made can surpass her vocals on hip hop saved my life and Little weapon.
Oh and did I forget, she is BANGIN!
